Sahne benim için hep vardı; onunla ne yapacağımı anlamam zaman aldı. Bilkent'te İşletme okurken biri bana “sen oyunculuk yapmalısın” dedi ve o cümle yerine oturdu.
Dört yıllık okulu üç yılda bitirdim, aynı dönemde oyunculuk eğitimine başladım. Sonra İstanbul'a taşındım; bir buçuk yılı aşkın süre konservatuvar disiplininde çalıştım.
O günden beri sadece bu işi yapıyorum. Gençlik komedisi, dram, dönem-aksiyon; her biri başka bir hazırlık istedi.
The stage was always there; it took me a while to understand what to do with it. I was studying Business at Bilkent when someone told me I should be acting, and the sentence landed.
I finished a four-year degree in three and started acting training in the same period. Then I moved to Istanbul and spent more than a year and a half in conservatory-based training.
Since then this is the only thing I do. Coming-of-age comedy, drama, period action; each one asked for a different kind of preparation.
